Medical equipment management firm Aramark Healthcare has acquired clinical technology management and medical equipment maintenance firm Masterplan.
The deal will allow Aramark to expand its capabilities to service all levels of hospital clinical technology, from imaging equipment such as MR and CT scanners to common infusion pumps, according to the vendor.
In addition to the purchase of Masterplan, the company has also acquired imaging equipment service and parts provider ReMedPar and European repair and maintenance services provider MESA.
