Alpha Imaging acquires TriStar MidAtlantic

Imaging equipment distributor Alpha Imaging has acquired TriStar MidAtlantic Imaging of Norristown, PA.

The purchase will boost Alpha Imaging's growth in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region, and it supplements its existing imaging sales and service capabilities in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware, according to the firm.
