Merry X-Ray acquires Texas imaging firm

Imaging equipment distributor Merry X-Ray has acquired Medical Digital Imaging of Texas (MDI).

Based in Austin, MDI offers site planning, imaging equipment, supplies, and service. Merry X-Ray's purchase of the company will allow MDI to provide its clients with a customer service call center, online services, and electronic data interchange communication, Merry X-Ray said.
