Medical imaging equipment provider BC Technical has acquired imaging sales and service firm Polaris Medical Imaging.
Houston-based Polaris provides service, systems, and parts for MRI and CT scanners from GE Healthcare. The purchase boosts BC Technical's resources and inventory while strengthening its capabilities, particularly in CT and MR, the companies said.
Included in the deal are field engineers and other resources that will help BC Technical position itself as an alternative to OEMs across the U.S.
