Imaging equipment distributor Merry X-Ray has continued its acquisition spree with the purchase of Nationwide Imaging Services, a Manasquan, NJ-based provider of reconditioned and used medical imaging equipment.
Founded in 1993, Nationwide is an international broker, reconditioner, reseller, parts supplier, and servicer of imaging equipment; it currently occupies a 117,000-sq-ft facility, according to the firm. Merry X-Ray has now purchased four companies over the past year, including Premier Imaging in March, Consensys Imaging Service in October 2017, and Universal Medical Systems in September 2017.
