Siemens Healthineers has launched a new patient service contract offering that provides imaging equipment service during customer-desired time frames.
CentriCare allows customers to select a desired service time from up to seven days a week and 16 hours a day. The flexibility allows them to receive service from Siemens without disrupting patient care and includes features such as Protected Care Hours, a program that offers credits for protected hours disruptions that customers can apply to current or future invoices from Siemens, and a single point of contact, Siemens said.
