Diagnostic imaging equipment firm TTG Imaging Solutions has acquired nuclear medicine equipment and services provider Digirad Health Inc. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Digirad Health operates a diagnostic imaging turnkey business and serves as an original equipment manufacturer and service provider for fixed and mobile solid-state nuclear medicine cameras.
The Digirad acquisition continues the expansion of TTG's footprint across the country, TTG company representatives said in a news release. Its nationwide field service team now includes more than 80 members, according to the company.
