The American College of Radiology (ACR) is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its Education Center in Reston, VA, a training facility that offers radiologists hands-on instruction in breast imaging, body imaging, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and musculoskeletal imaging.
Nearly 5,000 physicians from 30 countries and every state in the U.S. have completed training at the center, according to ACR. Course attendees use workstations with the vendor software of their choice and have access to the ACR Case Engine, the organization's proprietary learning method designed to measure performance as each case is completed.
