Florida Hospital launches residency program

Florida Hospital in Orlando is launching a new radiology residency program after receiving approval for the four-year program from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).

The program is currently interviewing for four PGY-2 positions in July 2012 and expects to reach a full complement by 2016. Radiology residents will be trained with 3-tesla MRI, PET/CT, full-field digital mammography, and biplane angiography equipment, as well as PACS and advanced visualization software.

Interested applicants should e-mail Patty Horvath at [email protected] or visit the radiology program's website.
