Dear AuntMinnie Member,
RSNA 2023 is officially underway in Chicago and so is AuntMinnie.com’s coverage of radiology’s premier event! Our RSNA 2023 RADcast will be providing daily updates all week on developments from the scientific program and the technical exhibition.
In a study presented Sunday, investigators shared how ultrasound elastography can help predict treatment response in patients with colorectal cancer. Another presenter discussed study findings that show how Gallium-68 (Ga-68) RM2-PET/MRI is better than MRI alone for detecting relapse in prostate cancer patients. A third researcher shared how a deep-learning AI algorithm designed to determine the malignancy status of small renal lesions less could reduce overtreatment and undertreatment of kidney cancer, while a fourth discussed how photon-counting CT bests conventional CT for chest imaging, delivering lower dose and better image quality for vascular structures.
Be sure to stop by our RSNA 2023 RADcast for more stories and video interviews from McCormick Place.
