Radiation safety specialist Mirion Medical is expanding its dosimetry services with the introduction of the new Instadose VUE personal dosimeter.
The wireless personal computer incorporates a display screen for improved user engagement. Bluetooth technology enables wearers to capture personalized dose reads on-demand, at any time, and in any location. A programmable calendar allows for advance scheduling of automatic dose reads.
Mirion also announced that it recently acquired ec2 Software Solutions, a developer of nuclear medical and molecular imaging software designed to simplify daily facility operations, including radiopharmaceutical production, distribution, and patient administration.
