DataFirst advises that because Silverback learns from every data interaction, over time it will identify and track patterns that can be optimized for performance and efficiency.
Updates to Silverback include a redesigned user interface, a "plug-in" architecture to create and deploy multiple, unique workflows, and seamless API integration. It also now serves as a central hub for managing notifications and alerts.
