The future is now: Featured presentations from the first day of the 2000 RSNA conference

Dr. C. Douglas Maynard will kick off the 2000 RSNA conference with a look at radiology's future. His president’s address will tackle the timely issues of workforce preparedness, information management, and the globalization of radiology.

Nearly 60,000 people are expected to attend this year’s conference, which will offer more than 1,600 scientific papers, 600 technical exhibits, and 420,000 square feet of commercial exhibit space. While it won't be possible for anyone to cover everything, here are a few "can’t miss" sessions picked by our AuntMinnie.com editorial board and staff.
