The Minnies are back! AuntMinnie.com's annual event to recognize excellence in radiology is ready to take your nominations.
If you’re new to radiology or AuntMinnie, then a quick explanation is in order: The Minnies are our effort to recognize what you deem the best and brightest in radiology. Each year, we take votes from our members on categories ranging from Best Radiologist Training Program to Best New Radiology Product.
We conduct the vote in three stages: nominations, semifinals, and finals. We start with the nominations stage, in which you tell us who you think should be in the running. Semifinals and finals votes will follow, with Minnies winners selected in time to receive a handsome trophy at the annual RSNA conference in Chicago. This year’s Minnies feature two new categories we’ve added to recognize excellence in Web-based marketing. You’ll be able to vote on imaging services providers and imaging vendors who have used the Internet in particularly creative and effective ways to get the word out about their products and services.
And, as an added twist, we’ll be giving away two $75 gift certificates for AuntMinnie products and services to two lucky individuals chosen at random from those voting in each of the nominations, semifinals, and finals stages. You can use the credits to buy books in OpenMarket or earn free OnLineCMe…just make sure you enter your contact information at the end of the ballot.
