Video capsule manufacturer Given Imaging of Yoqneam, Israel has received coverage from Blue Shield of California for use of its M2A capsule endoscope. The coverage permits physicians to be reimbursed for using the device to image obscure digestive tract bleeding suspected to be of small bowel origin, according to the firm.
