Virtual colonoscopy and contrast developer E-Z-EM of Lake Success, NY, is providing support to several U.S. educational institutions, as well as the European Society of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology (ESGAR), for 2004 continuing medical education courses in virtual colonoscopy.
Courses in the U.S. will be offered at the University of California, San Francisco and will be conducted by Dr. Judy Yee; at New York University and conducted by Dr. Michael Macari; and at the University of Chicago and conducted by Dr. Abraham Dachman. The two-day courses will be conducted three times at each institution this year.
In addition to the CME courses, the firm is sponsoring two non-accredited, two-day hands-on workshops to be held in Rochester, MN.
