Siemens notches pair of 64-slice CT sales

Multimodality vendor Siemens Medical Solutions reported that it has sold two of its Somatom Sensation 64-slice CT scanners to facilities in the U.S.

Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, OH, have signed agreements to purchase the system, according to Malvern, PA-based Siemens.
