Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, has installed one of its Aquilion One dynamic volume CT systems at Nevada Imaging Centers in Las Vegas, the company reported.
Toshiba introduced Aquilion One at last year's RSNA meeting. The device uses 320 detector rows to image an organ in one rotation. Nevada Imaging Centers will use the system to diagnose at-risk patients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cerebral vascular disease, and musculoskeletal injuries.
