CMS in today's Federal Register announced a meeting of the Medicare Evidence Development and Coverage Advisory Committee (MEDCAC), to be held November 19. The meeting is open to the public and will discuss the various kinds of evidence that are useful to support requests for Medicare coverage in the field of virtual colonoscopy (CT colonography).
The MEDCAC meeting will be held at the CMS office in Baltimore. Interested parties are invited to contact Maria Ellis, executive secretary for MEDCAC ([email protected]) for further information.
