Swissray adds contact-support services

Digital radiography developer Swissray International is now offering first-contact support services for its U.S. installed base of digital radiography systems. This expansion of service and applications support groups in the U.S. includes personnel additions, a commitment to add remote-monitoring software, geographically diverse parts depots, a customer relationship management (CRM) database, and other infrastructure improvements, according to Swissray of Elizabeth, NJ.
