Alara signs Giardina

Computed radiography developer Alara has named Steve Giardina as vice president of its new computed radiography division. A 21-year medical equipment industry veteran, Giardina comes to the Hayward, CA-based firm after serving as vice president of sales for nuclear medicine/PET at Philips Medical Systems.
