The angiography and x-ray division of Siemens Medical Solutions has introduced the Axiom Artis dBA, a flat-panel detector-based neurointerventional biplane system, according to the Malvern, PA-based company.
The Artis dBA biplane angiography system is used for simultaneous digital imaging techniques for interventional procedures in neuroradiology and universal angiography, the company said. Additionally, the system is compatible with the Axiom Sensis electrophysiology and hemodynamic recording system, which provides calculations of data obtained during a procedure.
