Echoserve buys DALSA assets

Ultrasound and x-ray equipment developer Echoserve has purchased certain assets and intellectual property licenses from digital imaging firm DALSA Waterloo, Ontario.

The assets and licenses are related to the production and support of medical digital x-ray camera products previously manufactured by DALSA at its facility in Colorado Springs, CO, according to Echoserve. The company said it would transfer the equipment and inventory of those x-ray products to its production facility in Golden, CO.
