Fujifilm Medical Systems USA has begun shipping FCR Go, a new portable computed radiography (CR) system.
FCR Go provides users with the same functionality and image processing features available at a fixed technologist CR workstation, according to the Stamford, CT, company. Technologists can use Fuji's Flash IIP image optimization and processing features at the portable unit's console, so that image review and image reprocessing can be performed at the patient's bedside.
Fuji is featuring FCR Go at this week's meeting of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) in Denver.
