Carestream nets digital x-ray orders

Carestream Health has received a number of orders for its computed radiography (CR) and digital radiography (DR) systems.

Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston ordered 15 Kodak DirectView Classic CR systems and three DirectView CR 975 systems, while Denver Health Medical Center in Denver purchased two DirectView DR 9500 systems, according to the Rochester, NY-based vendor.

Other orders include the following:

  • HealthCare Partners in Los Angeles purchased a DR 3500 system.
  • Wewoka Indian Clinic in Wewoka, OK, bought a DR 3500 system.
  • Henry Ford Hospital's West Bloomfield Outpatient Imaging Center in Bloomfield, MI, ordered an Elite CR, a CR 975, and a Long-Length Imaging System.
  • Effingham County Hospital in Springfield, GA, purchased an Elite CR and a CR 975 system.
  • Chickasaw Nation Health System in Ada, OK, purchased three Classic CRs.
  • Mid-Michigan Medical Center in Clare, MI, purchased a CR 975.
  • Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales, NM, bought two Classic CR systems.
