Video-capsule manufacturer Given Imaging has received Food and Drug Administration clearance for a new feature in its M2A capsule endoscopy system, the Suspected Blood Indicator. The feature allows physicians to identify bleeding sites with greater precision during the review process, according to the Yoqneam, Israel-based firm.
