Interventional technology providers Boston Scientific of Natick, MA, and Guidant of Indianapolis have signed an agreement to settle all outstanding patent infringement claims between the two firms.
The litigation, which involved coronary stents, coronary stent delivery systems, and dilatation catheters, will be immediately dismissed. In addition, the companies have agreed to cross-license patents in certain specified technology areas, according to Boston Scientific.
