Medical device manufacturer Mindray Medical International of Shenzhen, China, has completed its purchase of Datascope's patient monitoring device business, the company said.
Mindray entered into an agreement with Datascope of Montvale, NJ, on March 11. The total purchase price is $209 million, Mindray said.
