Cryoablation technology provider CryoCor of San Diego has been named in a lawsuit relating to Boston Scientific's purchase of CryoCor.
Two CryoCor common stock shareholders charge in their complaint that CryoCor's board of directors, in collusion with Boston Scientific, breached their fiduciary duties when it approved the agreement and plan of merger dated April 15.
The action is without merit, CryoCor said.
