Laser and optical imaging developer Advanced Research Technologies (ART) of Montreal and GE Medical Systems of Waukesha, WI, have closed the first sale of ART’s pre-clinical optical molecular imaging system to the U.S. National Institutes of Health. The small animal molecular imager (SAMI) product has been on the commercial market for three months is exclusively distributed worldwide by GE.
