Grossman joins NIBIB board

Neuroradiologist Dr. Robert I. Grossman of the New York University School of Medicine has joined the advisory council of the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) of Bethesda, MD.

NIBIB’s National Advisory Council for Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NACBIB) is the institute’s major advisory group, and provides recommendations on the conduct and support of biomedical imaging and bioengineering research and research
training.

Grossman is chairman of the department of radiology and is a professor of neurosurgery, neurology, physiology, and neuroscience at the NYU School of Medicine. He is senior editor of the American Journal of Neuroradiology, and is associate editor of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and Yearbook of Ophthalmology.
