Positron has joined the Cardiac PET Industry Coalition (CPIC).
CPIC promotes federal policies that advance health outcomes for patients with cardiovascular disease. The announcement highlighted that the CPIC advocates for fair and transparent coverage and reimbursement policies that facilitate access to cardiac PET, the clinical and economic benefit of the modality, and expanded opportunities to educate healthcare providers and policymakers on the overall value of cardiac PET.
The coalition's founding members include CDL Nuclear Technologies, Bracco Diagnostics, and Siemens Healthineers.
Based in Niagara Falls, NY, Positron is a medical technology company that co-develops, manufactures, and sells PET and PET/CT imaging systems and clinical services to nuclear medicine healthcare providers in North America.
