Radiation treatment center operator Radiation Therapy Services is planning to go public in an initial public offering aimed at raising gross proceeds of $75 million.
The Fort Myers, FL, company operates 52 treatment centers in eight states in the U.S., and also operates treatment centers as 21st Century Oncology. The offering includes an $11.25 million over-allotment option. The number of shares and the price range for the offering haven't been determined yet, according to the company.
