New Web site planned for young breast cancer patients

The Vancouver-based Canadian Breast Cancer Network (CBCN) will launch a Web site next month for young women with breast cancer.

The site will provide information and educational material for cancer patients under the age of 45. Suggestions for site content should be sent to Alicia Weiss, national Web site content coordinator, at [email protected], or call 1-800-685-8820, ext. 221.

The CBCN will also host a conference, entitled "The Young and the Breastless,", for young women with breast cancer, May 14-15, in Vancouver. Topics to be discussed will include fertility and pregnancy after cancer treatment.
