Medical software developer Meridian Technique of Hampshire, U.K., has released the 2.0 iteration of its OrthoView digital templating software.
The product, which provides surgeons with access to a library of digital product templates and anatomical planning guides, features a new graphical interface. In addition, new wizards to support total shoulder replacement and humeral resurfacing have been introduced, along with new digital templates to support hip, knee, and shoulder procedures, according to Meridian.
Reports from OrthoView can now be saved in JPEG format, enabling storage and viewing, and DICOM files can now be imported into and exported out of the application, Meridian said.
