RealTimeImage sells graphics division to Kodak

Image-streaming technology developer RealTimeImage said it has completed the sale of its graphic arts division to Kodak Polychrome Graphics.

The San Bruno, CA-based company will use proceeds from the sale to expand product development, sales, and marketing efforts for its healthcare business, according to the company.
