Agfa sheds consumer imaging business

Belgium-based Agfa-Gevaert announced this week that it has closed the divestiture of its consumer imaging business as of November 2.

The photographic film, finishing, and lab equipment activities will be continued by AgfaPhoto, which operates completely independently from Agfa.
