The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) has completed its purchase of the Dorenfest IHDS+ Database and related business assets from consulting and market research firm Sheldon I. Dorenfest & Associates.
The deal closed July 15, according to Chicago-based HIMSS. HIMSS said it will provide the service to the industry through its HIMSS Analytics division.
