Group purchasing organization Consorta of Rolling Meadows, IL, has renewed its contract with computer-aided detection (CAD) developer R2 Technology of Sunnyvale, CA, for another year.
R2 provides Consorta with CAD systems designed to assist in the early detection of breast cancer, and supports Consorta's members with clinical solutions from image analysis and workflow to PACS integration and DICOM connectivity.
Consorta's membership includes nearly 500 acute-care facilities, representing 55,944 beds, and more than 1,800 nonacute-care sites.
