Artificial intelligence (AI) software developer RapidAI has acquired EndoVantage, the developer of software for cerebral aneurysm management.
The move represents the expansion of RapidAI's focus from ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke to aneurysm. EndoVantage has developed software called Find, Track, and Treat that automates stroke workflow, from initial assessment to monitoring aneurysm growth and treatment planning.
The EndoVantage application uses CT angiography and MR angiography scans to help physicians find and track aneurysm progression. It also leverages data from 3D rotational angiography to provide detailed 3D models of a patient's vasculature and allow presurgical planning for aneurysm repair.
The EndoVantage software will be added to RapidAI's portfolio, which includes Rapid ICH, an artificial intelligence application for intracranial hemorrhage (ICH), as well as other applications for analyzing ICH on CT and MRI scans.
