As part of an effort to refocus on its channel partners, DeJarnette will debut technologies aimed at improving workflow within PACS environments.
DeJarnette will unveil PACSware, a Windows-compatible software suite that constitutes a complete PACS and image distribution system. Available as a software-only offering for channel partners, PACSware components include four classes of display stations, online storage management, and long-term archive management.
Other components include an advanced workflow engine, a configurable HIS-RIS integration engine, a store-and-forward teleradiology server, and a Web-based image and report distribution server. Scalable from less than 5,000 studies per year to more than 250,000, PACSware is available with lease (ASP) and purchase options, DeJarnette said.
MDIG is a PACS migration engine that is the centerpiece of a new DeJarnette service. MDIG handles the transfer of any DICOM and some non-DICOM archived image data and reports to a new PACS archive. DeJarnette will also be emphasizing its dyseCT (formerly Breakaway) software, which automates the breakup of full-body CT scans and forwards the appropriate information to the PACS network.
