EMC will be focusing on its automated networked storage offerings this year.
Both in its booth and in partner exhibits, EMC will be highlighting its Clariion CX400 and CX600 storage systems, as well as its Centera content-addressed storage (CAS) approach.
EMC representatives will be on hand to discuss how the company’s automated networked storage offerings can provide information life cycle management of digital assets, including storage platform management, hierarchical storage management (HSM) functionality, data migration capabilities, and business continuity services.
Clariion’s CX series of networked storage systems are designed to manage, protect, and share short-term active files, while Centera CAS offers a flexible approach for unchanging digital assets such as medical images and patient records, according to the Hopkinton, MA-based firm.
