Montreal-based Intelerad will highlight a new diagnostic Web viewer and support-monitoring tools in its exhibit space.
InteleViewer is a JPEG 2000 Web-based viewer designed for diagnostic users, with features such as a radiologist worklist for reading management, connectivity with digital dictation and other enterprise productivity tools, customization for user preferences through hanging protocols, and lossless and lossy compression levels adjustable by modality. The application is launched using the firm’s InteleBrowser Web interface and uses a streaming protocol to speed image distribution
Intelerad will also debut new workflow tools and RIS interface extensions, to support functionality such as order entry and completion, radiologist worklist, digital dictation, and transcription.
In other introductions, the vendor will point to Tracer Tools, which provide proactive PACS support and analysis. With Tracer Tools, a study’s status can be tracked as it travels through the PACS network, according to the vendor.
