PACSGear will debut PacsScan Enterprise, a document-scanning application for all patient documents.
PacsScan Enterprise enables the scanning of all documents, including clinical, HIPAA consent, and financial information. Documents are then electronically stored and distributed across the enterprise, according to the Pleasanton, CA-based vendor.
PACSGear will also introduce PacsConnect, an HL7 and DICOM brokering system. PacsConnect includes a wizard that provides configuring and updating of PACS networks. The company said it will also show enhancements to PacsScan, including direct importing of Microsoft documents.
