Deploying a shared-resource architecture allows multiple departments to use a single server, according to ScImage. The firm will also describe integration of its Brokerless PACS network with offerings from many HIS and RIS vendors.
ForeverOnline architecture provides immediate access to prior studies, while built-in 3-D visualization tools can be launched directly from the PACS viewing application. ScImage said it has also incorporated PICOM PowerList, a DICOM modality worklist that works in combination with the PACS viewing application.
Also new this year are tools for stress echo review and digital subtraction angiography, and a built-in customizable reporting package, according to ScImage of Los Altos, CA.
