Radiology informatics firm Aycan Medical Systems has released an updated version of its workstation software to support the Apple Silicon Platform.
Aycan's workstation 4.0 is a vendor-neutral, advanced image-processing tool and DICOM PACS workstation for conventional, multislice, and other image reading with clinical and workflow plugins that further enhance its capabilities, according to the vendor.
The latest version, which now supports Apple's Silicon Platform, provides six times faster image loading times than the prior version, and DICOM importing via the workstation's ayMediaImporter plugin is now twice as fast, Aycan said.
