VSM records strong Q1

Canadian medical device company VSM MedTech of Vancouver, British Columbia, the parent company of CTF Systems, posted a profitable first quarter of 2003, with revenues of Canadian $4.1 million ($2.8 million, U.S.) a 51% increase compared with $2.7 million ($1.7 million, U.S.) from the same period a year ago. The firm also showed a profit of $62,702 ($43,143, U.S.) in the quarter (end-March 31), compared with a loss of $560,934 ($385,971, U.S.) from the first quarter of 2002.
