Philips goes direct in Texas and Oklahoma

Philips Medical Systems of Andover, MA, is launching direct sales and customer support in Texas and Oklahoma, the result of its acquisition of medical products distributor R.P. Kincheloe of Dallas. Philips said that the Kincheloe acquisition was the conclusion of a mutually beneficial long-term dealer relationship between the firms.

Customers affected by the new business arrangement have been notified by letter and informed of any changes in sales or service staffing that may impact them, according to Philips.
