RSNA seeks new editor of ‘Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging’

The RSNA is now accepting applications for the position of Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging editor.

Suhny Abbara, MD, who has served in this role since 2019, is assuming the editor-in-chief role for the RSNA’s flagship journal, Radiology. Harold Litt, MD, PhD, is serving as interim editor of Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging.

The journal publishes new research and technical developments in imaging for cardiothoracic medicine. It serves as a resource for healthcare professionals by providing them with the latest advances, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based insights.

Responsibilities include encouraging submissions of scientific manuscripts, developing peer review guidelines and mechanisms, ensuring timely release of accepted manuscripts for publication, and cooperating with RSNA leadership, among others.

Interested individuals may submit their curriculum vitae and a letter of interest/vision to the RSNA's Career Center | Recruitment page. All expressions of interest must be submitted by close of business on February 5.
