Prestige Medical Imaging has appointed Larry Hicks as the company's new CEO, with former CEO Bill Haussmann taking on the role of executive chairman of the company's board of directors.
The company said the new CEO appointment reflects Prestige's forward-looking growth plans, including expanding its services beyong the eastern U.S. Hicks previously worked in private equity-sponsored healthcare segment companies.
